DEBBIE FERRARO retired as PLEA’s Executive Director at the end of January after over forty-four years of service to the agency. She started at PLEA as a student teacher, and was then hired as a classroom teacher. Through the years, she has held many positions of leadership, ending her career as Executive Director. She has made quite an impact, not only within the walls of PLEA, but also in the community as an advocate and serving as a representative on numerous committees.
RUTH DYMOND served as Financial Director until her retirement in October. She worked for the agency for over twenty years, also overseeing transportation and technology.
DALE KLINE retired after forty years with PLEA’s Summer Camp, serving the last thirty-five as Summer Camp Director. He will continue to serve as Visibility Coordinator, overseeing the website and publications.
We wish Debbie, Ruth, and Dale all the best as they begin the next chapter of their lives.
