Step by Step, Inc hosted a celebration to honor Direct Service Professionals within Allegheny and surrounding counties on April 10th. With opening remarks from Allegheny County Executive Director, Sara Innamorato, and music provided Carnegie Mellon’s Pipes and Drums program, this event was a wonderful way to honor the human services employees and their work. Gretchen Kelly, Executive Director of PLEA and CAP President, was present to represent CAP (Conference of Allegheny County Providers) and Shannon McConnell, Director of Family Services, represented PLEA.
